Reconciliation commissions

The new Law on Consumer Protection, entered into force on 5 July 1999, provides that Reconciliation Commissions should be settled for consideration of disputes arisen between merchants and consumers. With Order No RD - 16 - 94/29.07.99 of the Minister of Trade and Tourism Reconciliation Commissions in 9 cities were settled as follows:
