11.	Upon using technical means for online/hybrid (online and in-person) events in the BCCI building with the request for technical support by an operator, the following sums shall be paid:

	11.3. weekends	28.00 BGN/for each started hour
	11.4. official holidays	37.50 BGN/for each started hour
	*When the event takes place during office hours, the earnings go to the BCCI and outside office hours – fee earnings for the operator.*

13.1.	The direct members of the BCCI and the members of the Council of Sectorial Organizations with BCCI, which have given a Power of Attorney to BCCI, are entitled to 20% price discount for the services from item 3 to item 12, Art. 13 of the Tarriff of rates of services provided by BCCI.
13.2.	The members of the Council of Sectorial Organizations with BCCI, which have given a Power of Attorney to BCCI, are granted the right to use four times a year free of charge the services from item 3 to item 12, Art. 13 of the Tarriff of rates of services provided by BCCI to hold their own events.
13.3.	The preference under item 13.2. can be used if the event is within BCCI’s working hours.
NOTE : *The prices are minimal and are specified by a contract/order for use depending on the requirements of the user.* Possibility to negotiate discounts when concluding contracts for rental of halls and equipment when the sums exceed 1 000.00 BGN – 5 %; 2 000.00 BGN – 10% or when there is consideration on the part of the tenants. *After 8 hours, each of the services under items 1, 2, 3, (without items 3.1., 3.2., 3.3.), 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 shall be charged with additional 10% for each hour that has started.*

10.	For recruitment of customers for publishing of advertsing banners in the different language versions of the BCCI’s website and InfoBusiness newsletter the Regional CCIs, the foreign and joint Chambers shall get 50% from the respective fee for the service provided by BCCI, reduced with the above cited discounts. For recruitment of customers for the development of web-pages, publishing of web-pages, inclusion of companies in catalogues, publishing of advertising banners on the BCCI’s website and InfoBusiness newsletter companies outside BCCI shall get 20% from the respective fee for the service provided by BCCI, reduced with the above cited discounts. For recruitment of customers for the development of web-pages, publishing of web-pages, inclusion of companies in catalogues, the Regional CCIs shall get 20% from the respective fee for the service provided by BCCI, reduced with the above cited discounts.

The present Tariff of Rates was adopted by a resolution of the Executive Council, pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI’s Articles of Association on 24 January 2012 by a Protocol No 73/2-2012 with effect as of 1st February 2012. Amended and supplemented bya resolution of the Executive Councilpursuant to Art. 26, paragraph 1, item 5 of BCCI’s Articles of Association on 2nd April 2013 by a Protocol No 108/10-2013 with effect as of 8th April 2013. Amended and supplemented by a resolution of the Executive Council pursuant to Article 26, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of BCCI’s Articles of Association on 14th May 2013by a Protocol No 110/12-2013 with effect as of 1st June 2013.
Art. 17 of the Tariff was amended and supplemented by a resolution of the Executive Council, pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 10 in relation to Decision of the Board of Directors of 7th March 2013 pursuant to Art. 25, para 1, item 9 of BCCI’s Articles of Association on 23rd July 2013 by a Protocol No. 113/15-2013 with effect as of 1st August 2013. Art. 9, para 1 of the Tariff was amended and supplemented by resolution of the Executive Council pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI’s Articles of Association on 15th July 2015 by a Protocol No. 3/18-2014 with effect as of 1st August 2014.
Supplemented pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI’s Articles of Association, resolution 1 of item 2.1 at a meeting of the Executive Council on 9th October 2014 by a Protocol No. 10/25-2014 with effect from the day of its acceptance.
This Tariff was amended and supplemented in Art. 1, item 15, para 1, letters A and B; Art. 3, item6, letters A and B, and item 7, letters A and B, and item 8; and Art. 5, para 3, item 1 pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI’s Articles of Association with resolution 1 of item 1.2 at a meeting of the Executive Council on 11th August 2015 by a Protocol No. 35/18-2015. The amendments are effective as of 1st September 2015. Supplemented pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI’s Articles of Association with resolution 1 of item 1.2 at a meeting of the Executive Council on 26th July 2016 by a Protocol No. 62/17-2016 with effect from the day of its acceptance. Supplemented pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI’s Articles of Association with resolution 1 and 2 of item 1.2 and item 1.3 at a meeting of the Executive Council on 13th December 2016 by a Protocol No. 74/29-2016 with effect as of 1st January 2017. Amended pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI’s Articles of Association with resolution 1 of item 1.2 at a meeting of the Executive Council on 17th January 2017 by a Protocol No. 76/1-2017 (deleting Art. 9 of the Tariff – Services of GS1 Bulgaria Council). Supplemented pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI’s Articles of Association with resolution 1 of item 1.3. of Protocol No. 107/6-2018 of a meeting of the Executive Council on 7th March 2018 with effect as of the same date. Pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI’s Articles of Association, at a meeting of the Executive Council on 9th May 2018 by a Protocol No. 111/10-2018, the Tariff is supplemented by resolution 1 of item 1.1 and amended by resolution 2 of the same item (in Art. 12, para 4 – until updating of the data). The adopted amendments and supplmenets on 9th May 2018 shall be effective as of the same date. Amended pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI’s Articles of Association with resolution 1 of item 1.2 at a meeting of the Executive Council on 26th June 2018 by Protocol No. 115/14-2018. Supplemented with resolution 3 of item 1.1. at a meeting of the Executive Council on 4th September 2018 (Protocol No. 119/18-2018), effective as of 17.09.2018.Amended and supplemented on the grounds of Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI’s Articles of Association, with Resolution 1 of item 1.3 of Protocol No. 123/22-2018. Effective as of 1st December 2018.
Amended and supplemented with Resolution 1 of item 1.2 at a meeting of the Executive Council held on 1st October 2019 by Protocol No. 7/18-2019. The amendments and supplements shall be effective as of 1st November 2019. The Tariff has been amended and supplemented with Resolution 1 of item 1.2 at a meeting of the Executive Council held on 2nd June 2021 by Protocol No. 44/9-2021. The amendments and supplements shall be effective as of 1st July 2021.
The Tariff has been amended and supplemented on the grounds of Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of the Statutes of BCCI with Resolution 1 of item 2.2 of the Executive Council on 14th December 2021 by Protocol No. 58/23-2021. The amendments and supplements shall be effective as of 1st January 2022.
The Tariff has been amended and supplemented on the grounds of Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of the Statutes of BCCI with Resolutions 1, 2 and 3 of item 2.1 of the Executive Council on 29th March 2022 by Protocol No. 65/7-2022. The amendments and supplements shall be effective as of 1st April 2022.
The Tariff has been amended and supplemented on the grounds of Art. 26, para 1, item 5 and item 10 of the Statutes of BCCI with Resolutions 1 and 2 of item 2.1 of the Executive Council on 11th October 2022 by Protocol No. 75/17-2022. The amendments and supplements shall be effective as of 1st November 2022, except for the amendments to Art. 5 of the Tariff concerning the issuance and validation of ATA Carnets, which shall be effective as of 1st January 2023.
