  1. Reminder:
    • Registration in the Unified Trade Register of BCCI is voluntary for the traders/companies, associations, NGOs, etc. After receiving the filled-in Application form, BCCI may provide a written reference on the basis of other sources, while guaranteeing the actuality and reliability of the provided information as of the date of preparation of the reference.
    • Registration in the Trade Register of BCCI is obligatory for the Commercial representative offices of foreign entities pursuant to Art. 24, para 1 of the Bulgarian Investment Promotion Act.
    • BCCI is not responsible for information which is not up-to-date due to failure of the traders/organizations/commercial representative offices of foreign entities to fulfil their obligation to declare changes in the circumstances subject to registration.

    • in case of a non-fixed price of service please fill-in the box “Specifics of the service” in paragraph 2 of the Application form above. After clarifying the details you will be notified by e-mail on the next steps;
