LOGISTICS-INDUSTRIAL PARK RODOPI is under construction at the Asenovgrad-Plovdiv-Pazardzhik ring road and provides extremely fast access to the highway.
The park will have a total built-up area of about 100,000 sq.m. and will be built in several stages. Instead of terminals, depending on the wishes of the investors, different types of production facilities can be built.
The main advantages of LOGISTICS-INDUSTRIAL PARK RODOPI are that the park is high-tech, fast-moving and meets the European norms for this type of sites.
Terminals feature high racking and splitting into smaller cells, allowing even only two shelves to be leased, combined as a module.
