Plovdiv Free Zone is a designated area that is legally outside the customs territory of the country but inside its geographical limits. It is a determined area with general warehouse facilities and industrial spaces with easy access to all modes of transportation.

The average size of the warehouse facilities is 24m x 12m (288 sq.m.). Their height is 6,60 m. Fire alarm systems and electricity 220 V, 50 Hz are provided.

24-hour security is provided for the indoor and outdoor warehousing facilities with live security, video surveillance and sensor beams. Telephone and Internet connections, photocopying services, use of conference halls. At the request of the company, the area provides offices in the administrative building.
Entering the Zone is possible only after receiving an “Entry permit” from the Zone’s administration.
All payments related to activities in the Free Zone are made in foreign currency.
Inside the Zone, Bulgarian labor legislation is applied.

Both foreign legal entities and legal entities registered in Bulgaria can be clients of the Zone.
