"All disputes arising in connection with the present Contract including disputes concerning its interpretation, validity, performance or termination, as well as disputes for filling gaps in the contract or its adaptation to newly arisen circumstances shall be settled by the Court of Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce in the country of the defendant and, in the event of a counterclaim, it shall be settled by the same Court of Arbitration, in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the UN Commission for International Trade Law (UNCITRAL)."
