"Any dispute or controversy which may arise out of or in connection with the present contract including disputes concerning its validity, interpretation, termination, performance or non performance of the contract, shall be settled by an arbitration, excluding the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts.

If the defendant in such a dispute or contrоversy is the Bulgarian foreign trade organisation, party to this contract, the arbitration shall take place at the Arbitration Court at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in accordance with its Rules, which the parties declare they know and accept. If the defendant in such a dispute or controversy is the Yugoslav foreign trade organisation, party to this contract, the arbitration shall take place at the Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in accordance with its Rules, which the parties declare they know and accept."
