ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION-SECTION IV - REGIONAL CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY

REGIONAL CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY

Art. 10.	(1)	The Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry shall meet the criteria defined by the Board of Directors, and they shall be direct members of the Chamber.
	(2)	BCCI and the Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry shall be united in a Unified System of the Bulgarian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
Art. 11.	(1)	Relations between the Chambers of this System shall be regulated by these Articles of Association, as well as by bilateral and/or multilateral agreements for joint activities.
	(2)	The Presidents of the Regional Chambers of the System shall participate in the Council of Presidents thus helping on their joint activities.
Art. 12.	The Presidents of the Regional Chambers of the System shall be nominated for members of the Board of Directors of the Chamber.
