1. Handmade Mask Donation from Myanmar AOTS Alumni Association (MAAA)

AOTS Alumni Societies (AAS) are non-profit private organizations voluntarily founded in various parts of the world by ex-participants of AOTS training aiming at economic development and enhancement of friendship with other countries through human resource development as well as business and culture promotion. During the past 50 years, AAS has extended to 73 alumni societies in 44 countries and regions as of July 2020.

We would like to thank Myanmar AOTS Alumni Association (MAAA) for sending us 2,000 handmade masks. Recently, the garment manufacturing business in Myanmar has shown rapid growth and several members of MAAA have connections to the garment manufacturing industry.

Although six months have already passed since the world was faced with the unprecedented threat of coronavirus, the end of the long-term battle on a global scale is nowhere in sight. At AOTS, it feels so empty without all the participants.

In the current situation, AOTS will further strengthen our international cooperation with AOTS alumni societies, deliberating what we could do by taking advantage of our worldwide network. We strongly hope we can overcome this difficult time together in cooperation with countries all over the world.
