The seventh International Forum «HIGH TECHNOLOGY OF XXI »

April 24-27, 2006, Russia, Moscow, “Expocentr”, Krasnaya Presnya Fairgrounds

The Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry invites representatives of international high technology, innovation and business society to participate in the Seventh International Forum and Exhibition «High technology of XXI» to be held in Moscow at Krasnaya Presnya Fairground from the 24th until the 27th of April 2006.

The Forum is organised at the initiative of the Moscow Government and run under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation patronage. Varied Forum activities are meaningfully backed up by the Government of the Russian Federation with relevant inputs in building up and running assorted functions coming from the Ministry of Industry, Science and Technologies, Ministry for Nuclear Power Engineering, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defense and disparate government agencies responsible for aerospace, management systems, shipbuilding, ammunition, conventional weapons and other matters. Committed contributors also include State Committee for Standards and Russian Academy of Science.

Principal objectives run as follows: promoting innovative high-tech-based growth of domestic industries, defining priorities in the area of new technologies, perfecting the mechanism for domestic knowledge-intensive products and technologies to effectively break into international markets, upgrading the national system for backing up innovative solutions and applications, attracting investments to help put into effect prospective high-tech projects, bolstering region-to-region and international collaboration links, etc.

Within the frame of the Forum following events are to be held:

April, 24, pav. ¹1 of “Expocentr” – The official ceremony of opening the International Exhibition and Forum “High technology of XXI”
April 24, Moscow city hall - The official ceremony of opening International Conference. The plenary session “Strategy of development of companies engaged in high-tech area: on the way to develop the market of high technology and science-intensive products.” .
April, 24 - 27, pav. ¹1 of “Expocentr” – The International Exhibition “High technology of XXI century” showing achievements of enterprises of high-tech complex of Moscow, Russian regions, the CIS and foreign countries in different fields of science and industry:

  • aviation and aerospace
  • medicine and biotechnology
  • radio-electronics and communication
  • information technology
  • nanotechnology
  • laser technology
  • chemistry and new materials
  • security
  • power supplies systems, ecology and nature protection
  • machinery building
  • nuclear energy
  • high-tech consumer goods
  • consulting and licences services
  • small innovation business
  • high technological commodities
  • special publications and literature


April 25 - 27, pavilion No. 1 of “Expocentr” – The International Conference - sessions, “round tables”, seminars.

A program of the Conference including themes of seminars, sessions, “round tables”, time and place of conducting will be sent additionally.
