SAD FORM (BG CUSTOMS DECLARATION)

Sets of forms SAD and supplementary SAD-SSAD, in accordance with Aart. 6 of the Regulation No 11 of the Bulgarian Ministry of finance, published in the State Gazette 2, 8-th of January 1999 are two types - single use for export/import/transit or dual use - both for export/import .

BCCI offers both types of forms of SAD and SSAD. Single use sets are useful for companies with repeatable of the same type of operations and those with dual use are useful for the companies with occasional export/import operations.

It is desirable, before buying these forms, to know what you are going to use them for. In accordance with Regulation of the implementation of the BG Customs Law it can be export from internal or border Customs office, import, transit, etc. or in case of several different goods you will need SSAD.as well.
