At the request of a Bulgarian or foreign person , the BCCI prepares and provides references (check-ups) for the registered companies.

The reference may include all the data subject to registration.

It may be prepared to include only specific data of interest to the customer, for example:

• name of the company;
• legal seat;
• activity in the field of the production of certain goods, trade or services;
• reference for companies operating in a particular sector;
• participation of foreign persons in the company by country;
• authorized capital;
• number of employees (small, medium-sized or large enterprise);
• financial data (only for companies that have submitted their annual financial statements to the BCCI);

The service is very useful because it provides an opportunity for preliminary verification of the existence and reliability of a business partner
