Representatives of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at UCCI visited BCCI

Representatives of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Prof. Mykola Selivon, President and Prof. Galyna Baliuk, Arbitrator visited BCCI. They had a working meeting the President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov and the management of the Arbitration Court at BCCI – Blagovest Punev, President, Dr. Silvi Chernev, Honorary President and Ruzha Ivanova, Vice-President.

During the meeting updating the cooperation between the two arbitration courts was discussed by signing a new Cooperation Agreementn which reflects the new realities in both countries. The signing of the agreement is included in the programme of the event dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at UCCI, which will be held on 14-15 September 2017.

Tsvetan Simeonov pointed out the advantages of the Arbitration Court at BCCI and defined it as an achievement helping businesses to resolve disputes in the fastest and most convenient way. He stressed that small businesses should also be given the opportunity to receive quality justice at affordable prices.
