Fast and free of charge reports about companies through the new modernized version of the Trade Register of BCCI

The new modernized version of the Unified Trade Register of BCCI  operates in real mode and offers a wide range of services to the clients of the Chamber. The vision of the Register has been improved by updating the existing functionalities, optimizing and expanding the data model, and improving the user interface, thus achieving higher speed for generating reports.

The procedure of generating reports about the registered traders, associations, commercial representation offices of foreign entities has been facilitated and does not require a registration of the client or entry by means of username and password, instead allowing clients with just one or two simple steps after entering the system to obtain information according to a specified criterion or a combination of criteria.

Main characteristics of the Unified Trade Register of BCCI – differences with the Register of the Registry Agency and advantages:

• Voluntary – mainly companies with an interest in developing business relations with foreign partners are registered;
• Universal – not only companies, but also non-profit organizations, companies according to the Obligations and Contracts Law, universities, institutes and other legal entities are registered in it;
• Increases the visibility of companies in the digital world for present and future partners;
• Constant updating of the data;
• Bilingual (with Bulgarian and English versions);
• Unique – regarding the information about the registered Commercial Representation Offices of foreign entities in Bulgaria;
• Additional circumstances, which are not included in the state register.

If the sought trader, association/organization is not entered in the voluntary Unified Trade Register of BCCI, the Chamber may upon request of the client prepare a reference on the basis of other reliable sources of information.

Access to the Register is available at any time, even outside working hours, on weekends and holidays, the software provides other facilitations when administering the process.

References from the Unified Trade Register are free of charge (if up to 10 companies have been marked – please, see the enclosed video lesson).

The development of the information system of the Unified Trade Register of BCCI, its technological update, and monthly maintenance are funded entirely and only by the BCCI.
