Meeting with a delegation from the European Centre for Economic, Academic & Cultural Diplomacy, CIDIC

At BCCI a meeting was held with representatives of the European Centre for Economic, Academic & Cultural Diplomacy /CIDIC/. Christian Mouvet, Secretary General, Frederic de Pryck, Chairman of the Steering Committee, Prof. Dr. Jan Cornelis, Academic Attaché, and the Ambassador of Bulgaria to Belgium Maya Dobreva discussed with the President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov the upcoming visit of a Belgian business delegation to Bulgaria in April 2018.

The initiative is traditional for the Centre and is held in each country which holds the Presidency of the Council of the EU. An economic forum is envisaged to take place with an information session for the participating Belgian companies, as well as bilateral meetings with potential Bulgarian partners. The sectors of mutual interest which will be covered by the event include automotive industry, chemical industry, pharmacy, food industry, machine-building, cosmetics, logistics, etc.
