Sofia Dessert Fest starts November 18

The festival of sweet and pastry delights Sofia Dessert Fest will take place on November 18 and 19 in Mega Mall Sofia. Organizer: Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The exhibition is aimed at both end customers and traders.

Dessert lovers will get to enjoy cakes, pastries, cupcakes, chocolate and chocolate products, protein and oat desserts, honey, wines, coffee, boutique honey, healthy protein bars and other products that the exhibitors have prepared for the event. Discounts and tasting opportunities are available.

Handmade candies with a variety of ganaches, candy barrels with Baileys, wine or whiskey, and chocolate box "hearts" will be offered by one of the exhibitors. Students from the Sofia School of Bakery and Confectionery Technology will decorate gingerbread houses of various shapes, making thematic decorations from fondant. The youngest guests of the event will be able to make their own gingerbread decorations according to their own ideas, under the guidance and supervision of the students.

A winery will be participating with a variety of wines made from their own vineyards. A Bulgarian company, a manufacturer of healthy products, will present a wide variety of protein and oat desserts, peanut butters, sugar and fat free oat breakfast, keto desserts, diet protein frappe. A bee farm will offer a large selection of honey and bee products. A selection of cakes will be available to sample, accompanied by coffee drinks prepared by baristas. A family-run bakery from Sofia will present several types of pies, breads and a variety of pastries.

Opening hours of the exhibition are: Saturday - from 10 am to 7 pm, Sunday - from 10 am to 5 pm.

The festival is open to: bakeries, pastry shops, sugar factories, confectioners, producers of chocolate products, honey, tea, wines and spirits, media.
