New Bulgarian Ambassador to France visited the BCCI

The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Tsvetan Simeonov welcomed the new Ambassador of Bulgaria to France, Radka Balabanova. Simeonov briefed Ambassador Balabanova on the Chamber’s membership in various international organizations, such as the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, Eurochambres, the International Organization of Employers, the World Trade Centers’ Association, etc.

Special attention was paid to the possibility of issuing electronic documents through the system of the International Chamber of Commerce, where the BCCI was the 11th chamber accredited to this service out of over 800 chambers from around the world.

Another topic of discussion was the good cooperation between the BCCI and the French Chambers of Commerce with the BCCI providing opportunities to Bulgarian companies to establish connections and cooperate with companies and members of the Association of World Trade Centers from all over the world, including France.

Ambassador Balabanova presented initiatives on stepping up the participation of Bulgaria in the Business Organization of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.

She also shared her intention to enhance and animate the economic relations between France and Bulgaria with the support and becoming cooperation of the BCCI.
