IOR Project: Informing on the Rules of Posting

The topic of posted workers, posting companies, the rights and obligations of the parties in the posting process is in the core of the European project "Informing on the Rules of Posting" - IOR, implemented by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The project involves representatives of employers` organizations, trade unions, business associations, foundations and public bodies from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Poland. It is focused on the professional sectors of agriculture, care and construction.

IOR project has created an international network of advisors who provide support and advice to companies and displaced workers within the framework of their country's operations, both from the perspective of the issuing State and the host State.

This advice is provided through an Information Portal that includes basic information on European regulations on the posting of workers and specific information relating to each project partner country and its target professional sectors.
