АIf the anti-crisis measures are implemented as agreed by consensus , there should be a considerable progress regarding payment of the state’s obligations to the business, and we are already witnessing a deviation from what was agreed, said BCCI President Tsvetan Simeonov in the TV program “Something More”. He specified that different versions are heard about incomplete payment of the public procurement funds.

The measures envisaged payment in the first six months of this year, and now we hear that the period is further extended by one year. We do not accept these intentions because they question all other agreed measures. The BCCI President added that the accusations to the Government as to the measures been written by employers and syndicates are ridiculous: “There is no better good during crisis time than social peace”, said the employers’ organization Chief.

Mr. Simeonov added that each of these measures should be bound with clear terms and responsibilities . Because each of the parties in the tripartite dialogue has already made its compromises and all parties wish that these measures be properly implemented.

As regards the notion of a change in the patients’ charts payment, Mr. Simeonov said this measure will reduce the number of simulators, yet most of the people using these funds are truly ill. These are indemnities for people who do not fall sick by their own wish, therefore the indemnities have to be provided. The BCCI President added that strict control must be established with regard to the issuance of patients’ charts and this should be done with the participation of those who pay – the syndicates, the tax payers and the employers.
