Mr. Soylu pointed out the good cooperation between the commercial section and the Bulgarian customs . Discussed was the situation with the issuance of visas for citizens of the two states . Commented was the tourist exchange between the two countries, reporting that the number of Bulgarian tourists who have visited Turkey in the past year is higher than the number of Turkish citizens who have visited Bulgaria, while there exists potential for improvement.
The commercial councillor expressed his wish and idea to build more laboratories for examination of food products and goods at the border stations between Bulgaria and Turkey . Thus the import of foodstuffs from third countries to Bulgaria can be improved.
