BCCI provides assistance to its members for successful presentation in Qatar
At a meeting with Asparuh Karastoyanov, member of the Board of Directors of BCCI, the management of the Chamber discussed possible assistance for the successful participation of Bulgarian companies in the National Exhibition of Bulgaria in Qatar, which will take place in the period 13 – 15 March 2012.
As BCCI already informed its members, the exhibition is organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism through the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency.
During the exhibition several business events will be held: an investment forum, bilateral business meetings, presentation of Bulgaria’s tourism potential. Opportunity for presentation of Bulgarian business organizations and companies will be provided.
Mr. Karastoyanov was a Commercial Representative of Bulgaria in the Middle East for 5 years. During this period the trade turnover between Bulgaria and Qatar increased at least 6 times.
The parties discussed expressed interest on the part of Bulgarian companies to establish a joint Bulgaria – Qatar Business Council with BCCI.
