BCCI and Art Visa Bulgaria plan 11 joint art initiatives by the end of 2012
With regard to the expansion of the cooperation between the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Gallery Art Visa Bulgaria, the President of the Chamber received the picture “Autumn sky” of the artist Galya Bukova by the curator Maria Lyubenova.
“I hope the Gallery, which has been situated at the foyer for the public of BCCI for an year now, will continue to delight its fans and each new exhibition will be a new meeting between the representatives of the business and the finest examples of modern art”, said the President of BCCI.
Art Visa Bulgaria promised to inform the lovers of fine arts in advance about all their initiatives, so that they can easily guarantee their presence.
The annual programme of gallery Art Visa Bulgaria envisages 11 exhibitions by the end of the year. The first one “Symbols of Happiness”, which was opened on 10 January, will be at display for the guests of BCCI by 13 February. The second exhibition will be opened right after Valentine’s Day and the Day of Saint Trifon on 15 February. The gallery’s programme will continue as follows: with the exposition “Enigma” in March, exposition “Here and Now” in April, exposition “Colours of Time” in May, exposition “Infinities” in June, exposition “Time” – July, exposition “Townscape” in September, exposition “Experiments with Silence” in October, exposition “Home-coming” – November and exposition “Biblical Stories” in December. In the summer art photography lovers will be able to enjoy a photo marathon during the entire month of August and by mid September.
“The mission of Art Visa Bulgaria is to give confidence to Bulgarian art in our country and abroad, and to teach an attitude to the aesthetic and the creative in the conditions of quickly changing values and painful transformations of society affected by globalization. We will rely on a new type of communication in the field of art, and we hope that this will be appreciated by our public so that we can share together many beautiful moments and pleasant surprises in the year of the dragon”, said the curator Maria Lyubenova.
