Business Seminar Malawi – trade, tourism and investment opportunities



 
The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry organizes jointly with the Embassy of the Republic of Malawi in Berlin a business seminar on theme “Malawi – trade, tourism and investment opportunities”, which will take place on 24 February 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at BCCI, 9 Iskar Str., Sofia.


The economic environment, business conditions and investment opportunities in Malawi will be presented. The country’s economy relies mainly on agriculture, which produces over 35.5% of the GDP and employs about 84.5% of the labour force. Agricultural produce forms 82.5% of the country’s foreign trade. Malawi is abundant in natural resources.
