AIMEN Technology Centre seeks Bulgarian partners for European projects







 

Representatives of AIMEN Technology Center visited BCCI to present their services and experience in the field of EU projects. Mr. Joaquin Gomez, Commercial Director of AIMEN Technology Center made a short presentation of the technology center and discussed areas for possible future cooperation with Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov, President of BCCI and Mr. Dimitar Pampoulov, Chairman of the Spanish – Bulgarian Business Council.

AIMEN Technology Center is a private technology center which is among the leading Spanish organizations in the field of welding, inspection and testing, metallurgy and laser technologies. AIMEN Technology Center was established in 1967 and has over 220 qualified experts. The Center is looking for Bulgarian partners to jointly implement European projects in the field of ship-building, metallurgy and metal processing. 

The possibility to organize joint trainings at BCCI was discussed. BCCI offered its assistance in finding Bulgarian partners as well as technical support for the registration of a Representative Office of the technology center in Bulgaria.

According to Mr. Simeonov the Innovation Council with BCCI and AIMEN Technology Center may develop fruitful collaboration. Mr. Pampoulov, Chairman of the Spanish – Bulgarian Business Council introduced the guests to the incentives for Spanish investors in Bulgaria and the requirements for membership in the Council. Interest towards the Bulgarian – Spanish Business Council is growing and on 7 March 2012 BCCI will hold another meeting with Spanish companies.
