In pursuance of the contract they signed last year, BCCI and Sodexo Pass Bulgaria cooperate for the promotion and distribution of food vouchers. The company is the national leader in providing motivation solutions for employees and boasts the largest number of food vouchers and other social benefits issued in our country, as well as a well-developed network of affiliates - retailers throughout the entire country.
During the meeting possibilities for future enhancement of the cooperation between the two organizations were discussed, such as organizing joint initiatives to promote the voucher system in Bulgaria and increase the interest of SMEs to it. A series of meetings and seminars is envisaged to take place in Sofia and the other regions, emphasizing the benefits from the usage of food vouchers for SMEs.
The seminars aim to introduce SMEs to food vouchers as an efficient anti-crisis tool through the use of which immediate savings are realized, as well as with the positive effects of vouchers for the purchasing power and motivation of each worker or employee. It became clear that there are no plans to increase the sum provided for the system on national level, even though it has proven its efficiency and usefulness.
