For the eighth time course for young arbitrators at BCCI
The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry started an arbitration course for young jurists. The President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov said at the opening session that the training guarantees the highest quality of knowledge on arbitration issues in the country.
After the national arbitration institution was closed a year ago, BCCI continued to provide and further developed the positive aspects of this legal possibility, which allows companies that have included an arbitration clause in their contracts to resolve eventual commercial disputes within months. For a year, the Arbitration Court at BCCI has ranked among the best arbitration institutions in the world with organized electronic access to case information.
This is an opportunity which facilitates the arbitrators, parties and court officials, allowing for better protection of paper copies and the quickest possible resolution of disputes, the President of the Arbitration Court with BCCI Dr. Silvi Chernev added.
Students from law schools, acting lawyers and legal advisers, including public officials, as well as legal experts working with private law enforcement agencies are enrolled in the course. The course provides both theoretical and practical training and consists of twelve modules, each of which three hours long. The lecturers are renowned arbitrators with extensive experience in arbitration proceedings and competent university professors from the best faculties of law in the country.
Unfortunately, we could not include everyone who expressed interest in the course, the organizers said. For all of them and the other jurists that would like to enroll, there will be another course. To declare your interest to participate, please send an e-mail to: z.georgieva@bcci.bg
The students who complete the course successfully will receive a certificate.
