BCCI will give a press conference on the future of 4000 suspended or belated audit proceedings



 

WHEN: 8th May 2012 (Tuesday), 11:30 a.m.
WHERE: Hall A, BCCI premises, 9 Iskar Str. (possibility to park in the Blue zone or two private parking lots nearby)
WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF: The President of BCCI Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov and Mr. Todor Tabakov, Member of the Executive Council of the BCCI
WHY: According to BCCI’s data, currently there are 2900 pending audit proceedings and another 1000 suspended audit proceedings, most of which unfounded.  
According to the Tax and Social Insurance Procedure Code the deadline for completion of the proceedings is 31 May 2012. 
Is the revenue administration preparing not to comply with the provisions of the Tax and Social Insurance Procedure Code (§23 of the Transitional and Final Provisions) and should the acts for suspension of audit proceedings be REVIEWED BY THE COURT?
WHAT: BCCI will present its proposals submitted to the Council of Ministers and the Budget Committee with the 41st National Assembly.
