BCCI renders assistance in finding partners with investment intentions
A meeting between BCCI’s President and the Managing Director of the Spanish holding Yaiza Trus, Mr. Diego Saez de Egufiaz Kamara and Mr. Iliya Todorov, Manager of DB Bulgaria LTD was held at the Chamber. DB Bulgaria LTD is a Bulgarian company, which is a part of the Spanish holding company.
DB Bulgaria is a company that manages real estates of Yaiza Trust in Bulgaria. The company has diversified activities and comprises both investment and management of real estates as well as construction of yachts, cinemas and production activities, car parks etc.
The Holding operates in Spain, Bulgaria and Panama.
The company has been operating in Bulgaria since 2006 as a landowner with a possibility for construction of about 200 000 sq.m area in various sea-side and mountain tourist sites in Bulgaria.
BCCI will assist the Bulgarian and the Spanish holding company in finding partners with investment intentions within the country and abroad.
