Suggestions for electronic platforms complying with European requirements and standards were discussed at BCCI



 
At the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a meeting was held between Mr. Nikola Hristov, Chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Ship Brokers and Agents (BASBA) and Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov, President of BCCI.


During the meeting opportunities for supplement to the “Regulation on the organization and exertion of border crossing and passport control, customs control, health control, veterinary medical and phytosanitary control, and control over the vehicles in the harbors of the Republic of Bulgaria, serving international ships” and including unified proposals for electronic platforms in compliance with the European requirements and standards were discussed. 


The participation of BCCI in the upcoming conference organized by BASBA on 16 and 17 June 2012 in Grand Hotel Sofia was discussed together with the possibility to establish a National Council for Facilitation of Trade and Transport with the participation of the State.
