BCCI presented the 14th edition of the classification TOP-100 companies leading in the Bulgarian economy
For the 14th consecutive year, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has prepared classifications of the companies and holdings leading in the Bulgarian economy – those companies, which ended 2011 with very good economic results and are the backbone of Bulgarian economy. More than 5340 companies, which account for around 76.94% of the country’s GDP, were examined.
The top 100 most successful companies included in the classifications were selected according to standard criteria:
•Companies which have ended 2011 with a profit and net sales revenue for 2010 exceeding BGN 100 000;
•Three classifications of 100 companies, ranked according to criteria for dynamism and profitability.
BCCI’s classifications were drawn up on the basis of publicly announced financial data and are completely objective. The companies were ranked according to the highest results achieved in the alteration of sales revenue, maximum value of profit on 100 BGN equity and maximum value of profit on 100 BGN sales revenue.
Every year BCCI presents and distributs the classification of leading Bulgarian companies among foreign partners and investors, announces the results in over 2000 chambers of commerce worldwide, of which only the European partners have more than 19 million members, as well as during all international forums in which Bulgaria participates.
The classification TOP-100 of companies leading in the Bulgarian economy is sent to all World Trade Centers, commercial representations of Bulgaria abroad and all foreign economic and commercial offices in Sofia.
