The nationally recognized employers’ organizations asked to resume the work of the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation
The nationally recognized employers’ organizations sent a letter to the Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation (NCTC) Mr. Simeon Djankov asking to resume the work of the NCTC.
The national employers’ organizations have ascertained a discontinuation of the work of the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation and insist that a meeting of the NCTC is called as soon as possible in compliance with Art. 9, para 3 of the Regulations on the Organization and Activity of the Councils for Tripartite Cooperation, to discuss the following matters:
1.Draft Budget 2013
2.Review of the implementation of the measures (anti-crisis measures) adopted with Resolution No. 180/01.04.2010
3.Furthering the amendments to the Regulations on the Organization and Activity of the Councils for Tripartite Cooperation by the Chairman of the NCTC and drawing up a draft bill by the Council of Ministers to legalize the measures regarding the pension reform, proposed by the nationally recognized employers’ organizations and trade unions and unanimously adopted at a meeting of the NCTC.
