Regular annual audit of the Quality Management System of BCCI





 For the fifth consecutive year, during the regular annual audit by SGS Bulgaria of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System of BCCI, no significant or insignificant discrepancies were discovered in the system’s functioning. 


The Quality Management System covers all aspects of BCCI’s activity, organized in 10 main and 11 fundamental processes as follows:

Membership in BCCI, maintenance of the Voluntary Unified Trade Register, provision of services for issuance and authentication of documents and verifications by representatives of BCCI in Sofia and the Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry. 
Business representation and protection of interests. 
Providing business information. Business delegations. 
Organization of business events – seminars and trainings, fairs and exhibitions, cooperative exchanges and thematic forums. 
Consultation services and translations. 
Registration in the GS1 Bulgaria Council, training and consultations on the application of GS1 standards.
Training and consultations on European and international projects. Project management and implementation. 
Economic analyses. 
Publishing.
Computer services.
Arbitration.
Mediation.
Relations with RCCI and sectorial organizations. 

The audit emphasized that the various departments have very well enunciated goals and tasks described in score cards for 2012. It was also pointed out that the quality policy and goals are strictly observed by BCCI’s employees, which is a prerequisite for the high quality of services provided by the Chamber.
