Upcoming Spanish mission to Bulgaria
On 29 October, H.E. Jose Luis Tapia Vicente, Ambassador of Spain to Bulgaria and Eva Povedano Moreno, Commercial and Economic Counsellor at the Spanish Embassy in Sofia visited BCCI and met with the President Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov.
During the meeting the state of bilateral economic relations was discussed as well as initiatives appropriate for cooperation. BCCI was notified of the upcoming visit to Sofia in the period 20 – 22 November 2012 of a business delegation comprising 20 large Spanish companies, organized by the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations.
The business delegation’s programme contains meetings with representatives of various institutions and NGOs, including the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The Chamber will provide additional information as soon as the final programme of the event is announced.
The Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations is a non-governmental employers’ organization whose mission is to protect and represent the interests of business before the Government. It was established in 1977 and integrates 2 million companies and self-employed businesspersons.
