Bulgarian business delegation left for Japan







 

BCCI sent a business delegation to Japan to accompany the Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism Delyan Dobrev on his working visit to Tokyo (in the period 11-15 December 2012).
 
The central event during the visit will be the forum “Invest in Bulgaria”, which will take place on 14 December in Tokyo. 
 
Some of the sectors in which we will try to attract Japanese investors are production of transport equipment, machine-building, electronics, logistics and chemical industry. 
 
The Bulgarian business mission had the opportunity to visit the Nissan Motor Plant /Oppama/. The hosts also showed the main port from which the automobiles are shipped to Europe and the USA – 5000 automobiles per vessel. 
 
In addition to the Bulgarian representatives, a lot of Japanese companies with business interests in our country attended the reception held at the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Bulgarian Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism Delyan Dobrev said that the main goal of his visit was to advertise in the Asian country the investment opportunities available in Bulgaria.
