Minister Traycho Traykov Presented the Annual “Golden Martenitsa” Awards
With the participation of the initiators – the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Business Center – Bulgaria EOOD, the Union “Made in Bulgaria” gave its annual “Golden Martenitsa” awards for the 17th time. The awards were in four categories aimed at recognizing achievements in the business sector.
The Musala Soft company won the annual "Golden Martenitsa" prize in the "Bulgarian producer" category for its contribution for the development of the country's IT sector, the high quality of its software services and its high-value-added export. The award was presented to the company's CEO, Ms. Elena Marinova.
The “Golden Martenitsa” prize for “Economic cooperation and production on the territory of Bulgaria”, which is awarded exclusively to foreign investors, was won by Centillion Ltd. for its BGN 16 million investment project for the production of electronic modules for the medical, visual and industrial electronics. The prize was given to the company’s Procurator, Ms. Nina Goranova.
BNP PARIBAS Personal Finance Bulgaria received the award in the category “Financial Institution” for 2010 for its stable and favourable long-term credit policy towards the Bulgarian business with over BGN 1 billion in granted credits to companies (including SMEs). The award was accepted by Mr. Ullrich Shubert, CEO.
The annual award in the “Media” category, which is given to a media or a journalist contributing to the achievement of the “Made in Bulgaria” Union’s goals and advertising the achievements of Bulgarian SMEs around the world, was awarded to the TV programme “We can do it, too” of the BNT World Channel. The award was accepted by Ms. Ekaterina Genova, Director “BNT World and Regions”.
