Description

The main objective of the project is to contribute to the improvement of the social dialogue and tripartite dialogue structures and practices in Bulgaria.

The envisaged project activities include:

• Research and analyses of the actual status of the tripartite cooperation in Bulgaria;
• Vertically based analyses of the tripartite cooperation
• Horizontally based analyses of the tripartite cooperation
• Organization of seminars with interested stakeholders in NUTS2 regions of Bulgaria;
• Organization of a round table with participation of representatives of Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO);
• Organization of a study tour in Norway for transfer of good practices in tripartite cooperation from NHO;
• Preparation and dissemination of promotion items.
