In accordance with international practices and in its capacity as independent organisation and member of the International Chain of Chambers of Commerce, ICC-Paris, Eurochambers-Brussels and other international organisations and institutions, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry /BCCI/ issues Force Majeure Certificates for concluded commercial contracts, whose execution has been prevented by an "insurmountable force" /force majeure/.
