14. Membership in the World Trade Centers Association , with a right for their partners to use a reception room in BCCI and an office for up to 3 consecutive days, upon request, but not more than 10 days per year. Over this period, the service can be provided against payment at the minimal rates offered by BCCI on a FIFO basis. The reception room and the office will have the following facilities:
    • PC, which can be used free of charge only for Internet link but not for text processing and printing of documents
    • Internet link with a maximum traffic of 56 MB daily, and when exceeded – against payment according to the BCCI tariff rates – 0.15 BGN per MB
    • Telephone and fax, paying the incurred costs
