Euro Info Centre (EIC) -Sofia, Business Centre Directorate

The Euro Info Centre network was established in 1987 by the European Commission and comprises more than 300 EIC in Europe. The national network of Euro Info Centres is a part of the European EIC network and has been in operation since August 1999.

There are 8 Euro Info Centres in Bulgaria:

6 of them are situated in the chambers of commerce and industry (Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Vratsa, Yambol, Dobrich) and 2 – in regional development agencies and business centres(in Rousse and Sandanski). The main goal of the Euro Info Centres is to assist the small and medium-sized enterprises for their successful integration on the EU Internal market on the basis of comprehensive analysis of their needs and to boost their competitiveness by providing information and consultations, organizing workshops and preparation of subject editions
